Tho second Test match between England and Australasia ended in a victory for the Home team by the margin of one point. The earlier stages of play were not exciting, nnd it was marked by many faults. England, generally, was better in midfield and passing. The last spell was exciting, but the visitors’ best efforts failed to break the defence. At half-time England was three points and Australasia two. The final score was England 5 points (a try and a goal). Australasia, 4 points (two goals).—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
