COMMISSION OF INQUIRY APPOINTED. The Government has decided ri/ appoint the Acting Chief Justice (Mr. Justice Sim) as a commission to inquire into tho statements made by Mr. 1.. Masters (Stratford) in the House < f Representatives concerning the operations of the cement companies. The order of reference has not yet been made available. The commission will sit in tlie near future. (
