ARBITRATION COURT
MR. M’CULLOUGH REFUSES TO DISCUSS POSITION. By Telegraph — Press Association Christchurch, September 27. When shown a Wellington telegram suggesting a mystery, Mr. M’Cullough smiled. "Good,” he said, "the more mystery the better. When the time comes I will make a statement, but not till then. In the meantime I am filling in the day working with a spade and am enjoying myself.’’
