Two years ago to-day t-x-Rresident Wilson suffered a relapse He is still Vegarded as an invalid, but does considerable work in connection with law practice with Mr. Bainbridge Colby, and writing. He attends personally to a largo daily mail, being particularly punctilious in acknowledging letters from persons showing an interest in his welfare, andi* interviews clients. It. is also said thiA he is in consultation with Democratic Senators concerning a substitute German treaty. - Otherwise he leads a quiet life, taking daily automobile- rides. lie attends a theatre every Saturday night.
