Hobart, September 23. The Health authorities have decided to offer sixpence per head for dead rats. •—Press Assn. Sydney, September 23. Another rat infected with plague has been found on the wharf vacated by the Wy.rcema. Dr. Armstrong has explained that there is no cause for panic. An outbreak would not bo. severe, even if it did occur. —Press Assn.
