Moderate opinion welcomes Count Lerchenfiold’s election to the Premiership by tho People’s Party, the Peasants’ League, and tho Democrats, who hold 90 out cf 158 s3ats in the Diet, as it is calculated to promote a settlement between Berlin and Munich.
