The "Daily Telegraph” states that Mr. Lloyd George has been practically restored to normal health. The reply to Mr. de Valera has now been drafted, after Mr. Lloyd George had consulted all his colleagues. Lloyd George's reply to Air. de \ alera states in unmistakable language that unless the effiuu io Irish sovereignty is definitely abandoned, there cannot lie a conference. A draft is being sent to all the members of the Cabinet. Mr. Lloyd George expects to receive their comments on Monday, wheii the ’- a will be sent to Dublin. Air.
