He leaves a widow and three young' children.

The Rev. R. S. Gray, who has been on an extended health trip to Irnnce and England, will return to New Zealand bv the Remnera, which is due in Auckland about September 30. The death is reported from Liverpool of Mr. W. H. Le Mueurier. who was chief assist ant-engineer to the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board.
