K. Dell, who was well known in Wellington, and was on a health trip to his parents rn Brisbane. Deceased was widely known m rifle-shooting circles, and was a prominent member of the Old Navals BdepC’ Rifl.- Club. During past years he lad also been associated wlt.l the Bi’ookhn Miniature Rifle Olub and the torpmation Miniature Rifle Club. He was a corporation employee. He leaves a widow and three young' children.
The Rev. R. S. Gray, who has been on an extended health trip to Irnnce and England, will return to New Zealand bv the Remnera, which is due in Auckland about September 30. The death is reported from Liverpool of Mr. W. H. Le Mueurier. who was chief assist ant-engineer to the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board. Mr J Farrell, representing J- I ■ W'illiamson, Ltd., and J. and N. Tait, arrived in Wellington yesterday with Misr-ha Ixivitzki, who will begin a season nt the Town Hall to-night.
