BRITISH WORKERS’ WAGES
REDUCTIONS AND INCREASES. (Rec. September 19, 5.5 p.m.) London, September 19. An official Jeturn shows that since January 1 six million workers have suffered reductions in wages totalling A 3,500,000 weekly, and three hundred and "twenty thousand workers have obtained increases amounting to .£73,000 weekly.— Aus.-N.Z.
