She Is scheduled to leave San Francisco on September 23 for Wellington and Sydney. ATBENIO DELAYED The wet weather has delayed the Atlienic, and the S.S. and A. Line do not expect to dispatch her for London via Panama, until daylight on Friday. She was to have sailed on Thursday. VERENTIA TO LOAD AT NEW YORK. The C. and D Lino advise that the Verentia is to load at New York for Now Zealand and Australian ports early in November. NIAGARA FROM VANCOUVER. Tho R.M.S. She brings 1128 bags of mail for New Zealand, besides 358 for Australia. CANADIAN CRUISER LAUNCHED. Tho Canadian Cruiser, of the Canadian Government Mercantile Marine, 10.500 dead-weight tons, and the largest oceangoing ship ever built in Canada, was launched during July from tho yards of tho Halifax Shipyards Company. The Canadian Cruiser is 445 ft long overall, 56ft. beam 38ft. depth, and has a. draught of 26ft She is expected to make a snecd of twelve knots. WAIMANA LEAVES CODON. DORSET TO SAIL THURSDAY. The Dorset is now timed to sail on Thursday at daybreak for Napier, Gisborne. and Auckland. HAVRE FROM SINGAPORE. The steamer Havre has arrived at Auckland with a cargo of 2250 tons of case oil from Singapore. This consists of Shell spirit, drialene, benzoline, aviation spirit and Cross Bower engine kerosene, most of which is for discharge at Auckland There aro also about 100 tons of liquid fuel. Tho Havre will come here from Auckland to discharge tho remaining portion of the cargo, and a-lterwards returns to Singapore In ballast to load again for New Zealand. Departure was made from Singapore on August 26. and Captain H. Miles is again in charge of the vessel CANADIAN GOVERNMENT LINE. The Canadian Sninner is duo from Melbourne on October 2 to discharge cargo a.nd t-o load for Boston, New York, and Montreal. She will later visit Lyttelton and Bluff, sailing finally from that port. According to advices from Auckanu the Canadian Traveller sailed from Vancouver on Thursday for .Sydney with general cargo. After putting out tho Australian portion of her cargo the Traveller will visit New Zealand ports. KUMARA DUE FRIDAY. The Ilincmoa found the buoy which, broke away off D’Urville Rock, and has returned to Auckland. The John was sheltering at Te Kamaru Bay on Sunday while en route from Wanganui to Wellington with cattle. She is due here on Saturday from Oamaru and Lyttelton, and will later sail for YVangttnui. ~ , Tho Corinna is due on Wednesday er Thursday from New Plymouth to load, for Dunedin, Oamaru. and Timaru.
