MAKARA COUNTY COUNCIL
The monthly meeting of the Mak'ara County Council was held yesterday, Councillor S. Bryant, presiding. There were also present Councillors 7 E. Mind-, ley, L. D. Nairn, S. S, Styles, S. Bowler, and H. J. Monaghan. - , , . Councillor Windley was appointed to represent the council at tho Wellington Technical College election, of a representative on the board. It was decided to compliment the foreman on the work he has done in constructing the new culvert m the Noahauranga Gorge. < x
