Hunt, S.M., in .the Magistrate's Court yesterday, ..for loitering in Ghuznee Street, for immoral purposes. Theresa Russell and Janies Malkin, were jointly oliarged with being idle and disorderly persons in that they habitually consorted with reputed thieves and prostitutes. Mr. R. W..- Jackson appeared for the accused, ywho were convicted and sentenced to throe months' imprisonment each. ' For drunkenness, Joshua Beard was fined 55., and for committing a breach of his prohibition order ho was fined 20s CIVIL BUSINESS 5 Mr. E. James Hamilton was fined 10s.,‘and costs 75., for leaving his motor-car unattended in the street. . For passing a- stationary tramcar, Allen Johnson was fined 10s., and costs 7s.
