MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE FAILS
8v Telegraph -Press Association Gisborne, August 30. In tho Supreme Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Reed Norman M'Farlane Fulton was charged with manslaughter as o result of the death of Eugene Doherty, through l>eing run down by a motor-car which was driven by Fulton. Accused was acquitted by tho jury, after two hours’ retirement.
