Three-quarters: Steele, Aitken, Storey. Five-eighths: M, Nicholls, C. Badeley. Half: H. E. Nicholls. Wing-forward: Donald. Forwards: Hughes, Duncan. M'Lean, Moffit, Richardson. West, Bellis. Emergencies:—Back, E. Roberts; forward, Fogarty. Mr. A. E. Neilson, of Wellington, will be the referee. AITKEN ON THE SICK LIST. Southern members of the New Zealand team for the second test left last night for Auckland, to go into training in preparation for Saturday’s match against the .Springboks. G. Aitken (Wellington) remained behind iu the city on account of the fact that he hi. not yet thoroughly recovered from his recent attack of influenza. All being well he is to leave for Auckland to-morrow. ORIENTAL WIN FOURTH-CLASS CHAMPIONSHIP. On No. 2 ground, Athletic Park, Oriental met Poneke in the final round of the fourth-class championship. The game was very evenly contested, and the issue was in doubt right up until the call of time. In the first'Spell Oriental obtained a lead of 6 points—penalty-kicks by Corby and Dufty. By scoring early in the second half—an unconverted try by Tulloch—it appeared as though Oriental had the game well in hand. The Poneke fifteen rallied, however, and had 6 points to their credit when time came. A. Unsworth scored a try and kicked a penaltv-goal, making the lina.i seoreOriental, 9: Poneke. 6. Oriental now hold the championship for 1921. Mr. R. G. Cooke was the referee. A house match was played on Saturday between the A’ncuum Oil Co. and Dalgety and Company, and resulted in a win for the former by 9 points to 5. For tbe Vacuum oil Co..
