OUR BUTTER AND CHEESE
Sir, —Your article dealing with dairy produce in lust Saturday’s issue will .be read with the greatest interest by dairy farmers.. I notice J. Nathan and Co., in their circular you quoted, say that sentiment plays a large part in tlie disposal of butter and cheese; but he did not tell us which particular sentiment was actuating the buyers at the present time. You will notice that all the buyers had orders to withdraw all offers, end evidently all received these orders on the same day. This looks peculiar, and perhaps Mr. Nathan will step up and tell in whether tho "bulls” or tho ''bears" aro causing this hiatus. Some of us wonder whether the poor dairy “cocky" is a sheep, or only an. ass.— 1 am, etc., PERPLEXED. -
