FRENCH'TRADE UNION!SI'S’ DECISION. (Rec. August 19, 9.5 p.m.) Paris, August 18. A meeting of trade unionists, who are engaged in making munitions, clothing, and military equipment, decided to refuse to give any assistance which would enable the Government of any country to make war in future, a resolution in favour of a general strike in munition factories unless the demands of the trade unions are agreed to was carried unani-mously.—A-US.-N.Z.
