By Telegraph —Press Association. New Plymouth, August 19. An action for £2OO damages for alleged negligent driving of a motor-car was brought In. the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Salmoud by William Campbell, of Kilbirnie, Wellington, against John Poletti, Bell Block. Defendant counter-claimed £134 9s. 2d., also alleging negligence. The case arose out of a collision which occurred In January last on the main road near New Plymouth between cars owned by the parties. The jury found in favour Of the plaintiff for £132 12s. 4d.
