FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present Indications are for variable breezes, with moderate to strong westerlies ruling, and freshening shortly. Fair weather may be expected generally, but unsettled and showery in the southern districts. Barometer little movement, with a, falling tendency in the south. D. C. BATES, Director.
