CONDITIONS OF TENDERS. A Deposit of .£5O is to accompany each tender. Ten per cent, of the total amount of the tender will be payable on the acceptance of the fender. Fifteen per cent, of the total amount of tho tender plus all stamp duties and other fees payable in respect of the sale will bo payable on tho date of possession. Possession will bo given on September 14. 1921. The successful tenderer will be required to execute and hand to the Liquidator before possession a Mortgage for the balance of his tender over and above the total of the above Mortgage of J 22100 and his deposits. Such Mortgage to be repayable on July 20, 1925, and to bear interest at tho Tate of 8 per cent., reducible to 6 per cent, on prompt, payment, and to be in the form usually used by the Liquidator’s solicitors. The deposits qf the unsuccessful tenderers wiU be returned by letter posted in Hastings Post Office, addressed to the address given by the tenderer in his tender, and if no address he given then addressed to Hastings.
