The .Second Netherlands Indian Industrial'Pair is to be hold nt Bandoeng, Java, from September 19 till October 9, 1921. It will be on a larger scale than the first one, mid there will lie practically no restrictions on foreign exhibits, and the fair will be open to all foreign exhibits without exception. Manufacturers desiring to trade with fhe Netherlands Indies are invited to participate in the fair. Having failed as a movie actress, Miss .lane Hand, who is 22 years of age, capitalised her ability to make pretty aprons, and now owns and operates a factory in California, employing more than GOt) girls.
