DIVORCE COURT
AN UNDEFENDED CASE. His Honour Mr. Justice Feed dealt with an undefended divorce case in the Supreme Court yesterday. Two grounds—legal eeixiration and adultery—were put forward by Elizabeth Margaret Al'Miilion, who sued for divorce from Frank M'M'alion. The parties said Mr. O’Kegan, who appeared for the petitioner, were married in 1002, and lived for some time in Wellington. There were no children of the marriage. Tho parties had lived apart since 11)17, when thev were legally sc-parated, and if was about three years since petitioner had received any payments of her allowance of 255. a. week.
