B. bievwright The inddont occurred during an. explanation by Mr. Sievwright of certain Happenings at the recent Palmerston conference of returned though a delegate to the district con ference at Palmerston, Mr. Sievwright was not a delegate to tho New Zealand Conference. lioldng the confidence of thus association," he said, "delegates to Palmerston should have been delegates to the Dunedin conference. Remits were passed there that would hava been opposed by tho various district associations. A small clique is running. the R.S.A. That small clique was m existence two years ago when I opposed it; it is in existence now. It is in control partly for its own ends.
