STUBBING, 1921, J. 74, and dated April <, 1921, . certain Inquiries were directed to be 1 made. Now under tho Will of the said les, tator 'William ‘Jones' (and in the events which have happened) u]K>n the decease of the Testator’s Daughter, Elizabeth Annie Jones, the trust lor sale and conversion of his residuary estate was to take effect and his Trustee or Trustees for the time being wore to stand possessed of the money arising from such? sale and conversion upon trust lor tlio person or persons living at tho time of his daughter's death, who. under tlm Statute for ths distribution of intess tates’ effects would have been entitled thereto if tho same hud formed part ot her personal estate and effects. AND THEREFORE, one of the Inquirios directed by the eaid Order is as follows :— AVho in the events which have happened is entitled under the gift in tho eaid AVill io tho said Testator’s residuary estate. But if the said gift shall have failed by reason of there being no person or persons Hying at tho time of the death of the said Elizabeth Annie Jones entitled under tile said Statute .to her personal estate, the following further Inquiry was directed*! AVho is beneficially entitled to the Testator’s personal estate, and if more than, one in what shares and proportions, and whether any such persons are since dead, and if so, who are their legal personal representatives. Now all persons claiming to bo entitled under tho said Inquiries are personally or by their* Solicitors, on or before the 12th day of October, 1921, to come in and prove their claims at the Chambers of Mr. Justice Eve and Mr. Justice Peterson, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, and to enter their names in a book kept for that _ purpose in Room No. 239 at the said Chambers, or in default thereof they will bn peremptorily excluded from the benefit of the said Order. AVednesday, the 26th day of October, 1921 at 2.15 o’clock in the afternoon at Room No. 237 at tho eaid Chambers is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the claims. AVcolwich, London, and formerly of. 12 Rectory Grove and 28 Henry Street, AVoolwich. for many years resided in, and carried on business as a GENERAL DEALER in AVoolwich. lie died there on February 10, 1886, and it is believed that he was the son of AVilliam or John Jones, and that ho at one time resided in Deptford. He was twice married; firstly to Mary Brusncy,-who died in 1863; and secondly to Emma Holder Stubbing, who died iil 1896. The only child of the first marriage was the said Elizabeth Annie Jones, who is believed to have been born in 1858. She died in 1918 intestate. There was no child of tho second man riuge.
