ORGANISING TO CAPTURE POLITICAL POWER. ' (Rec. August 16, 9.10 p.m.) London, August 15. Mr. Egerton P. Wake, national agent of the Labour Party, is resigning from the candidacy for Barrow on the ground of the increasing responsibilities of his position. He writes: "We anticipate a general election within a few months, for wlich we are trying to obtain five hun(Trefl Labour candidates.
