MR. MASSEY’S RETURN
LEAVING VANCOUVER ON SEPTEMBER 10. A cablegram received by Sir Francis Bell from the Prime Minister states that Mr. Massey will leave Liverpool on the steamer Empress of FUTiice on August 25. He expects to reach Quebec on September 1, and to leave Vancouver for New Zealand on September 10. These arrangements indicate that Mr. Massey will reach New Zealand at tho beginning of October. Parliament is to meet on September 22, and it will not have more than six or eight sitting days 'before the Prime Minister arrives in Wellington.
