AUCKLAND MILK PRICE FIXED

A conference of milk producers and vendors fixed the wholesale rates for milk at Is. 3d. pre gallon during summer, aud Is. 6d. in winter, with a reduction of one pennv and Kvopenco respectively. This means that the retail price will not exceed eightpenee per quart at any period.
