In reply to His Honour’s question, counsel said a man was not a moneylender because of one transac- ' tion, but. a charge of over 10 per cent. interest by a moneylender was liable to review. Mr. Meredith said it appeared that the witness had no prospect of getting back his principal, let alone the interest.
