Cloudy and unsettled weather nisv he expected at times, with drizzlin'; rain in many parts. Barometer falling everywhere soon. Dull weather has prevailed generally, and rain has fallen in the Soutn Island. Moderate to strong westerly winds hr.ve predominated, and very high atmospheric pressure has continued in the north. D.
