STEEL PRICES
FURTHER REDUCTIONS IN AMERICA. (Rec. August 3, 8.15 p.m.) New York, August 2. The United States Steel Corporation announces further reductions in steel prices of from three to ten dollars per ton, in order to meet the competition of tho smaller independent companies.
