ON WAR CRIMINALS’ LIST
GERMAN GENERAL EXPELLED FROM OCCUPIED AREA. (Reo. August 3, 5.5 p.m.) London, August 3. The Brussels correspondent of "Th» Times’’ reports that tho Rhineland High Commission has expelled from the occupied area the German General von Tessmar, on the ground that his presence was a danger to occupying troops, as his name figures on the Belgian list of war criminals.—" Tho Times."
