ACCIDENT ON TRAINING TRACK
WELL KNOWN JOCKEY INJUHED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, August 2. L. Hegarty, the well-known Canterbury horseman, had a fall at Riceuiton to-day while schooling Bay Lupin. He was removed to the Christchurch Hospital, where'it was found that although he had sustained injury to his spine his condition was not dangerous. Hay Lupin broke a leg, and was destroyed.
