VIOLENT EARTHQUAKE
PANIC IN LEGHORN. (Rec. August 2, 10.45 p.m.) Rome, August 2. A violent earthquake caused a panic in Leghorn. Crowds are evacuating tho town. Other serious shocks are recorded in the Zunigina district. A damaged building collapsed in Bari, burying a number of persons.—'‘The Times." .
