TALISMAN CONSOLIDATED
WINDING UP THE COMPANY. By Telegraph—Preset Association. Auckland, July 21. The shareholders of Talisman Consolidated, Ltd., to-day confirmed the resolution winding up the company. They carried a resolution appointing Mr. Crewe, the company's London secretary, as liquidator at a remuneration of JCBSO directing the liquidator to appoint as his attorneys in New Zealand Messrs. Stansfield (mine superintendent) and Blanchard (chairman of directors), tho remuneration of the two latter to be £4OO each, Mr. Stansfield in addition to receive a commission at the rate of 12$ per cent, on realisation of assets exclusive of moneys and securities for moneys, the appointment of the two attorneys to bo made as irrevocable an the law admits. It was announced that the shareholders might rely upon receiving a dividend of 7s. per share, but that owing to certain moneys being on deposit for fixed dates and the moratorium shareholders could not receive the dividend until the end of September at the earliest.
