Charles Norman Rossiter, a New Zealander, 19 years of age, pleaded guilty at the Sessions Court to attempting to obtain JC2SO from an Indian herbalist by means of threats. He was remanded to enable arrangements to be made to ship him back io New Zealand. It is stated that Rossiter,' who posed as a doctor in Sydney, joined a theatrical company in Wellington.—Press Assn.
