CHINA URGES THEIR WITHDRAWAL. (Rec. July 17, 11.5 p.m) Washington, July 11 (delayed). The Chinese Government has banded a communication to the American Minister at Peking, urging the United States to ask Japan to withdraw her military forces from Siberia. A similar Note is believed to have been sent to the British Minister at Peking. Thp Note alleges that Japanese support of the anti-Bol-shevik forces has caused the country to be plunged into an anarchical condition, and that Allied interference in Siberia Is responsible for the presence of the Japanese forces. —Aus.-N.Z.
