PETROLEUM PRICES
DECLINE IN AMERICA. (Rec. July 17, 11.5 p.m.) New York, July 12 (delayt*!. As a result of the decline in the prices of crude oil. petroleum has dropped on an average 28 per cent, since January 1. The lowest wholesale quotation is 15 cents per gallon, at Kansas City. The Quotation at Seattle is 26 cents. The price mainly current is 21 cents. —Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
