LONDON WOOL SALES
PRICES DECLINE FOR ALL GRADES. (Rec. July 13, 1 a.m.) London, July 11. There was a small attendance at the opening of the sixth series of wool sale*, ut which 12,006 bales of B.A.W.R.A. were offered. Competition was slow, especially from the Home trade. The Continent took tho bulk of the offering, the Germans being most active. Merinos showed 5 to 10 per cent, decline compared with the last sales. Scoureds were frequently withdrawn. A fair demand existed for finer crossbreds at par to 5 per cent, decline. Medium and low sorts were neglected at 74 to 10 per cent, decline. About a quarter c-f thp total onorings was withdrawn. —Aus.-N.Z. (able Assn.
