ASSAULT AND ROBBERY
CHINAMAN THE VICTIM. By Telegraph.—Press Association, invercargill, July 12. William Henrv Grant, who pleaded guilty to assaulting a Chinaman, and robbing him of £G2, was committed for sentence to Wellington, where ho will be charged with escaping from prison and with burglary at Lower Hutt.
