TV-OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ax the Council of the County of the Hutt did, at the Special Meeting held on June 14. 1921, pass tho following resolution:— "That for tho purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the othor charges on a loan of 3'6060 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, for a water supply at Paeknkariki the said Hutt Comity Council hereby makese and levies n special rate of 2}d. in the £ upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property of the Number 13 Special Rating Area comprising the Paekakariki Township and that such special rate shall be an annual recovering rate during the currency of such loan being a period of 361 years or until tho loan is fully paid off.” AND notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the County Council of Hutt will be held at the offices of the County Council at No. 68 Lambton Quay in the City of Wellington on the 12th day of July, 1921. when the -foregoing resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a special order.
