July 6, 11.10 p.m.) Madrid, July 5 The opposition, headed by the Conservative loader Senor Maura., shown to the expenditure of sixty millions sterling involved in the great scheme for national reconstruction recently submitted in the Chamber of Deputies by the Minister of Works, resulted in the resignation of tho Cabinet. The scheme was chiefly for the expansion of railways and other public works. —Reuter.
