' THE NEW CABINET. Rome, July 5. Signor Bonorrti, who was Minister of IVar in tho Giolitti Ministry, has formed a Cabinet, and has appointed the Marquis Della Torrefta Foreign Minister. Marquis Della Torretta, who is now Ambassador at Vienna, was during the war Ambassador at Petrograd. Signor Gasparotto becomes Minister of Wnr, and Signor do Nava Treasurer. The Cabinet is supported by the two Democratic groups and Constitutionals and the Popular Party.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. July 6, 11.45 p.m.) Rome, July 5. Tho new Ministers are comparatively unknown, and considered to be mediocre. Catholics hold three portfolios. Signor Bonomi can count on a majority of 65. His task will be difficult owing to Nationalist and Fascist opposition for the part, he played in connection with the Rapallo agreement and the ejectment of D’Annunzio from Fiume. —Aus.-N.Z.
