' THE NEW CABINET. Rome, July 5. Signor Bonorrti, who was Minister of IVar in tho Giolitti Ministry, has formed a Cabinet, and has appointed the Marquis Della Torrefta Foreign Minister. Marquis Della Torretta, who is now Ambassador at Vienna, was during the war Ambassador at Petrograd. Signor Gasparotto becomes Minister of Wnr, and Signor do Nava Treasurer. Tho new Ministers are comparatively unknown, and considered to be mediocre. Catholics hold three portfolios. Signor Bonomi can count on a majority of 65.
