If tho going is very heavy at Trenthnm the old chestnut goldink may get on the winning list. - The attention of jockeys and trainers t, directed to tho fact that applications for licenses for tho incoming season must bo sent in not later than July I—Friday of this week. Admiral Codrington was telegraphed as a starter in the Final Handicap at Hastings on Saturday, but this was an error. There is nothing amiss with Mr. F. Lysnnr’s horso, and ho will compete at tho Wellington and Rlccarton meet Ings-
