A STIFFENING-UP ADVOCATED

An interesting discussion relative to the necessity of improving the grade of New Zealand butter took place at to-day’s conference of tho National Dairv Association, when Mr. G. S a "°' ster "(Midhirst Dairy Co.) moved:- that a recommendation be made to the Department of Agriculture that the time has arrived when it is desirable that an extra grade should be given for■ butter scoring 92 points and over, to be called excellent."
