In a message to a meeting of delegatee from the Dominion Council of Boy Scouts, Lord Jelliooe said: “I regret very much that I am not able to attend the meeting. I hope that those present may be informed of my deep interest in tho movement and of my confidence that it is one of the utmost importance to the future 4>f the Dominion and the Empire, in that its object is to inculcate into the minds of tho young people, in whose hands lie our future destinies, those principles of real citizenship, comradeship, duty, honour, and integrity which will fit them to carry on and lead them to peace, happiness, and prosperity.”.
