MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that If the Council of the County of the Hutt did, at the Special Meeting held on June 14, 1921, pass the following resolution :—
“That for the I " "pose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also tho other charges on a loan of 3'6900 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, for a water supply at Paekakariki the said Hutt County Council hereby makese and levies a special rate of 2Jd. in the £. upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property of the Number 13 Special Rating Area comprising the Paekakariki Township and that such, special rate shall be an annual recovering rate, during the currency of such loan being a period of 36?; years or
until tho loan is fully paid off.”
