RESULTS OF SATURDAY’S GAMES.
The exhibition of hockey in tho match between Huia and Karori was not veryattractive. Karori played a disappointing game, and Buffered defeat by two goals to one. Butcher and Draper scored for the winners, and Bell secured Karori’s only goal. United defeated University by three goals to one after a well-contested game. Breed (2) and Atkinson scored for United, and Miles notched University’s goal. Wesley created some surprise by running away from Wellington to the tune of six goals to one. Phillpots (3), Burton, Mills, and Hevhor contributed io Wesley’s tally, and Barr scored for Wellington. Wakatu (1) defeated Hutt (0). Petone (1) defeated Ramblers (0).
