Mr. Everard Cotes, who accompanied the Prince of Wales on his recent tour, has published a book entitled "Down Under With the Prince.” in which ho pays a warm-hearted tribute to the loyal reception accorded the Prince by all e.lassoa everywhere. Regarding Now Zealand. Mr. Cotes, who represented Reuters. says: "It is impossible to I ravel there and meet public men without, being Impressed by the high character, moderation, and conservativeness characterising its politics. There is no country ■where co-operation for public ends is more general, where political corruption ia less common, or where personal rights more secure. —United Service.
