DEMAND FOR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY LENIN SAYS IT MUST BE CONCEDED (Rec. June 20, 0.10 n.m.) Moscow, June 18. Lenin, in a- speech, declared that the foreign Powers, as -a corollary to the re-establishment of Business relations, demanded the creation of-a Constituent Assemblv. This must be conceded, but it lay with the people to return a Communistic majority. lAnin demanded that the Oppositionists, Trotsky, Bukharin, and Dzersylinski should cease their activities and proceed to tho Cri-mea—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
