COLOSSEUM RINK

Wellington skating records, in the matter of attendances at all sessions, have been broken since the opening of the Colosseum rink in Vivian Street. Mr. A. L. Power, the manager of the rink, has been connected with similar enterprises, both in New Zealand and Australia, for many years. Good music is provided at evening and Saturday afternoon sessions, and special provision is madji for the coaching of learners, for whom special sessions are reserved. A balcony cafe overlooks tho skating surface, and thcro is, moreover, ample seating accommodation for spectators. The staff consists of skilled exponents of the art of skating. The floor is under tho management of Mr. George Courtney, lata of the Holland Park Olympic and Maida Vale rinks, London.
