SENTENCES AT NAPIER. By Telegraph—Press Association Napier, June 10. At the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Reed sentenced tlie following prisoners: —Joseph Simms, indecent, assault, two years’ reformative treatment: Michael Cuddity, indecent assault, three years reformative treatment; Iriwhare Taohi, indecent assault, six months; Thomas Wentworth Martin, cal tie-stealing in the Gisborne district, one year’s gaol, to be followed by two years’ reformative treatment; Andrew Brice Boyd, theft, probation for two years.
